I contacted @fetterman.senate.gov office this past weekend to let him know how abhorrent he is with civil rights, etc. and that he should go ahead and switch parties. Below is the response, but let’s see how long the party switch takes.

As we get a bombardment of executive orders from the fascists, don’t comply in advance. Fascists do not care about established laws, and neither should you care about laws that will cause pain/death to large swaths of our fellow humans. Protect and fight for those who are about to go through hell.

This is lip service. It has to be certified and published to The Constitution by archivist at the National Archives, who has stated they would not do it because of impending legal challenges that would occur.
