I can count the number of times I've gotten (non-kid, non-teen) Final Jeopardy correct in my life on two hands.
But every single time I get it right, it's a Triple Stumper on the show.

Did you know Capcom of Japan had a "design a robot master" contest for all the Megaman (i.e. Rockman) sequels until 8? If you won, they'd put your boss idea in the game (usually with some minor redesigns.) That's why each boss has its own screen/a person's name attached to it in the credits.

Random game crap that always peeved me:
In Mega Man X your weapon gauge is 28 units. Makes sense, since it's the same as the classic MM games. But in those games EVERYTHING was 28. In X, bosses are 32 HP and so are you @ 8 heart tanks, so the weapon gauge will always be just...slightly shorter.

I don't understand how there can exist primetime gameshows with over the top presentation and budgets, stretched into a timeslot twice as long as it needs to be, yet at the end of the night a grand total of $0 is given out. Like, seriously?

Thinking about how River City Ransom: Underground, while not the greatest game, did many fun emergent-lore things with the RCR setting, making it distinct yet co-existent with the canon of the Kunio-kun/DD games...only for River City Girls to then fuck it all up in the most weebish way possible. 🎮

One of my favorite Final Fantasy/RPGs at large "when you think about it, hey wait a sec" tropes is the abundance of single use, self-destructing tents/sleeping bags.
Like there just needs to be a madman in some random house in a town going on about how HE will be the one to invent the reusable tent.
