Masterclass comedy. Was not expecting this story to circle back round to the trap house robbing the stash house.

Thanks for the advice, I'm pleased this made a difference for you ❤️
I tried one of these years ago but it didn't do much for me. Probably more about the headspace I was in at the time. I'm tempted to give it another go based on feedback here.

Thanks for the advice 💡
I imagine you folks in Finland are pretty expert at dealing with cold and dark (I feel bad for complaining from London!)

Timed lights are something I haven’t tried, thanks for the idea. Our lights are smart but I’ve never thought to do this while I’m home.

Thanks Jess ❤️
Hard agree, fairy lights are an excellent mental health boost in winter ✨

Thanks Sil ❤️
I’ve recently had someone else recommend vit D - might give it a try this winter.

Wow - the salad/light thing is a really cool idea! ❤️

Thanks, Steve - I totally agree, if you're fortunate enough to be able to run it is the best thing for mental health. Maybe I should start going out at lunchtime - getting up in the rain/dark during winter is what slowly destroys me 😅

I had the same realisation a few years back, mainly because I only wore leather jackets all winter, which were completely freezing. You can be a grownup for a long time and not make this basic connection 😅

One of the wintering books I've read suggests breaking winter into "fall winter, winter winter and spring winter". I like the idea of cleaning in fall winter. I will take your advice and sort out my home office, which looks unintentionally Halloween themed 🧡

Interesting idea, I have never thought to walk in the evening. Putting my pyjamas on at 4pm and calculating how many days until daylight savings and my life starts again (148 days) is probably not helping me 😁

Such beautifully crafted slides, they were all like individual artwork 💙

Lovely to meet you today John, and don’t worry - you smashed it. Safe travels home.

Only 155 dark days of abject sadness to go.

You’ve smashed it this year mate, I hope you’re treating yourself to a rest ❤️
