We actually don't mandate medical transition at all. I've been a femboy for 20 years and nobody pressures me even into HRT.
The only thing I can give you instantaneously is accepting whichever of the 3+ genders you are.

It's somewhere between 45-47°F degrees where my family is in the US 🍊. I feel like the climate is too chilly for me to visit there before the spring.
