Not to mention having prudent governmental regulations on banking, put in place *well before* the crisis materialized, which protected our banks from exposure to those systemic risks.

This video is 100% bang on: right-wing politics = anger + fear. But the scariest thing is the possibility that they might be right. The Americans elected Trump because they are scared and hateful. And it was working in Canada too, up until recently. I really hope we can rise above.
