Your only source is I live in Washington and I was a lawyer. It's the internet why would anyone believe that. I literally gave you the us code. Your response was. Where the source? you would think a lawyer would know US Code. Enjoy your weekend and Enjoy being retired. =)

No the president doesn't order it. The action of him doing something unconstitutional brings in the judicial part of our government to review it in accordance with The Constitution. The Judicial Branch also holds this power to review against the legislative branch as well.

No, source is uscode.house.gov
So I don't think the US code is wrong but... you never know.
I was responding to the one reply asking what triggered the review. Also sorry it is Friday night I wasn't checking social media.

The EO
January 25, 2025 at 12:32 AM
Where's your source?
January 25, 2025 at 12:30 AM
This is what happened, president made an EO judge reviewed it, said unconstitutional the EO became inoperative until it is appealed by a superior authority.
(Hint: don't assume you know everything law is a big thing)

Whether or not there has been presented or determined an application for a declaratory order, for any form of reconsideration, or unless the agency requires by rule and provides by rule that the action meanwhile is inoperative.

A preliminary, procedural, or intermediate agency action or ruling not directly reviewable is subject to review on the review of the final agency action. Except as otherwise expressly required required by statute, agency action otherwise final is final for the purpose of this section.

There are multiple ways to trigger a federal review. public law chapter 7- Judicial Review. 704 Actions reviewable: Agency action made able by statute and final agency action for which there is no other adequate remedy in a court are subject to judicial review.2/3
January 24, 2025 at 9:25 PM
That's great you live in that state I am pretty sure you are mistaken though. While yes under the administrative procedure act of some on files a lawsuit against the government that does trigger a judicial review. 1/2
January 24, 2025 at 9:19 PM
No he wasn't, in this case you are wrong. Its called a federal review.

So it's already too late?
January 24, 2025 at 2:33 PM
Maybe, but still needs 2/3 vote which they don't have in either the house or the Senate. Also he doesn't have enough states either.

To be honest I never looked at the whitehouse.com before so I don't know if it used to be there. However right now it looks like a big propaganda page. You can download a PDFof the Constitution at senate.gov if you were looking

Exactly. It's not gonna stand 🤞
January 24, 2025 at 2:22 PM
We just have to watch unless you are in the government. However you can go have conversations with people that don't have the same views. Don't talk down to them, but talk to them about why they voted a certain way and how voting a different way will get them more of what they want.

This is wrong a judge can do a judicial review. Also in this case a GOP judge has actually done this.

The fact that it's a GOP judge gives me some hope.
January 24, 2025 at 6:19 AM
Well I said GOP because you can use them interchangeably with maga now.
January 24, 2025 at 6:05 AM
Agreed, but that's why we have the checks. I think they are all too greedy to give anyone of them too much power. That EO was blocked by a federal judge so 🤞
January 24, 2025 at 6:03 AM
It should, it has already been stopped by a federal judge. I don't think the supreme court will let it go through. They did just turn down a GOP Montana election law.
