Essential services are digital by default and that's unlikely to change. What does need to change is the accessibility and usability of the websites. If only younger, tech-savy users can navigate a site, then the problem is with the site, not the end user.

This is just the Indo's interpretation of the proposed legislation. It's behind their paywall, so I can't read it. Other reports have highlighted different aspects. Either way, the system of judicial reviews against planning decisions needs to be looked at.

My pet peeve is sports writers using multiple alternative names for teams in order to avoid repetition. So, the team name is used once and thereafter it is replaced by an out-of-date nickname, or by a past achievement ("the 2023 champions", for example).

I thought they might do something more imaginative, now that Ray Darcy is gone. Cuddihy could have taken over the two slots and presented a more wide-ranging show. Instead, they're sticking with a tired format. Disappointing.
