Sadly this is all that's left of the original Will Rodger's house. I hope they rebuild it as it's a part of history.

Some great words from Inspiration point in the Palisades. Which opened last Saturday first time since the fire. Was excited to go back. Sad to see so many trees burned and gone. But you can see life is growing back.

I love that dodger stadium has not changed. My kids got to see basically the stadium I saw as a 17 year old in the 1988 World Series. I love that the screens are old and janky so people watch the actual game! Dodger Stadium is a treasure.

Thank you kern county firefighters! They saved Rustic Canyon after driving all night to get here. Made it just in time. Felt like a miracle at the time. #Palisades fire pictures from Jan 8th.

It’s very hot all around the world… many fires burning with no control. Yet in America we are rolling back incentives for climate solutions that have a dramatic positive effect. It’s a fatal error.

Seeing totally burnt trees coming back to life is inspiring. Sycamores are amazing. Oaks. So many trees were lost. This one we’ve come to call the “Tree of Hope”

Unfortunately you have to walk by this. Still lots of toxic cleaning to do. All the lookyloos driving PCH. Fortunately the #Palisades is still closed and should remain this way. You don’t see any people hiking, extremely rare and wonderful.

Hiked through the fire zone yesterday. One of my old hikes. This was all burned 4 months ago. Nature is healing.
