@mta.info Trying to understand the fare changes. If a one-way ticket is purchased, and never activated, is it refunded? Example: Suddenly need to leave the city early. I'm now taking an off-peak train home, rather than peak. Would I buy an off-peak ticket and let the peak ticket expire?
