I just got a couple contributor copies of a book that I wrote a chapter for. It's currently in bookstores. I love writing for these Popular Culture and Philosophy books!

Today is my last full day on my family trip to Destin, FL. It was quite relaxing and productive. I've written over 5,000 words in a novel I'm writing, I've finished reading three books, and I saw lots of cool sights. Have a great week!

On vacation with my family and started reading a book I’ve been longing to read. Sword and Brush is a phenomenal read for martial artists and Japanophiles who love the culture and language.

I had three goals to achieve this year. At the beginning of this month, I was able to achieve one of them. I earned a black belt in taekwondo. I was so humbled by the opportunity and wholeheartedly encourage anyone to shoot for their dreams.

I spoke at a small, informal discussion for the Grand Valley State University Writing Department on AI in academia. It was such a great event!
