My first time making gnocchi. Turned out not bad, despite the dried basil instead of fresh.

An Elderflower Negroni. Elderflower liquor replaces the sweet vermouth. Definitely less bitter. It feels thicker on the tongue. Overall, a thumbs up, but it's tough to beat a regular Negroni.
