Even if that happens, your country has shown itself not to be reliable in that regard. Let's assume you get a good, democratic president in 2028. How can you guarantee that the same shit won't happen again in 2032? The USA has lost all credibility, and it will take at least a few decades to restore.

No "until further notice" required. Why would anyone go to the US ever again, if the country has proven to be politically so unreliable that within weeks, the situation of a tourist or resident might deteriorate that badly.
