Tasmania and North America were likely once connected. We've just uncovered that Tasmania may have very similar deposits of Cu and critical metals as the famous North American deposits! Read our new paper using geochronology to find the oldest Cu in southeastern Australia.. doi.org/10.1016/j.pr...
