Phillips has been a better player under Rowett than he was Des, albeit in a strange position playing LB. He’s been heavily present during preseason, and is clearly in plans as he wasn’t part of the bomb squad (Thornily, Dale, Goodwin, etc). I have high hopes 🤞🏻
