Got a surgery date & good chance these are benign but will know after the op.
Also found out my lifting career is done. Damage from surgery means my abdominals will not get back fully plus v high hernia/rupture risk. Which Fckin sucks.
Have a selfie (this was Dec, they’re about 20% bigger 🙃)

So I’ve tried these before and they definitely have a big kick. Thinking they could make the base of a really nice cheese tortellini soup with cream, tomato, fennel, chicken broth. Maybe spinach . . Gonna have a go tomorrow.
