Not the fanciest food photo I've ever taken, but it was delicious: Yunnan-style beef with pickles (from my cookbook), mushrooms with Sichuan peppercorn oil (a recipe test for an upcoming piece for the Mala Market), yuba salad with Hodo soy leftovers, generic cucumber dish.
