Marine life has been affected by Yukishima’s intentional disposal into the Pacific Ocean. Basically nuclear energy is another handout to rich guys. It is totally inefficient. The only reason it can appear at all useful Is that major problems I.e. Waste disposal & catastrophic accidents, are ignored.

Yeah, that was one of the issues that the nuclear engineers I knew were working on, but there is no solution other than very deep earth burial, and that is Very expensive. Also cannot be done in areas where there may be seismic activity. Disposing of the waste negates any alleged ” cost efficiency”.

I’m not going to explain to you how I was in close contact w/nuclear engineers— that’s not the point. Let’s just say that a tsunami hit a wind farm. The result will not be the same as Fukushima. And quite frequently nuclear plants are built in coastal areas. Catastrophic accidents DO occur.

And by the way, when you say it’s not permanent, yes, it is—for us in our terms, It is permanent because nuclear waste takes thousands of years to actually biodegrade.
November 30, 2025 at 3:55 PM
Yeah, that happens sometimes. social media can remove context. Tx for the info. So perhaps it’s a bit better in the UK even though people have been arrested for free speech issues regarding Palestine. Right now it’s a nightmare in the United States. This is also the WEF agenda in action.

Of course it’s dangerous. I was in close contact with some nuclear engineers for a period of time. There are regular fires in the power stations. The waste is extremely toxic and no one knows how to deal with it properly. Best is deep burial, which is very expensive. Catastrophic accidents occur.

Yep, I agree with you on all of this and more. We need to release many prisoners too (mental illness + minor infractions), end private prisons. And right now in the United States a major problem is our heavily corrupt SCOTUS right wing justices. The question is where and how do we even begin?
November 30, 2025 at 3:45 PM
How on earth can you say this? Are you an actual person or are you bought farm? Fukushima. Chernobyl. Regular fires taking place inside nuclear power stations. I have had close contact with nuclear engineers and nobody denies these risks.
November 30, 2025 at 3:42 PM
I’ve had close contact with some nuclear engineers, and nobody has an answer to the issue of nuclear waste and there is a lot of it. The only Safe way to deal with it is to bury it very deeply in the Earth, which is very expensive. This is not a cost-effective form of energy at all.

I learned about this a few years ago. In the northeast US, we begin to get longer sunsets on December 10th YAAAAAYYYYY!!! But we need to KEEP DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME. Switching to standard time for winter benefits greedy energy consortiums. No one else.
November 30, 2025 at 12:54 PM
Nuclear power is one of the MOST expensive forms of power. And dangerous. Fires occur frequently in power stations. And the extreme difficulty & COST of dealing with waste is NEVER adequately addressed. Not to mention the absolute disaster of any "accidents". Fukishima waste is in the Pacific ocean.

Pay is so crap that 23% of US workers at Amazon rely on SNAP to have enough food $. 33% rely on some form of assistance to be able to survive. This from a company owned by one of the 5 richest men in the world. Bezos net 2015: $34B. 2025: $241B. WTF. How did that happen? End the billionaire era NOW.

This is the plan. Give everyone a UBI, but believe me, it will be VERY basic. And what you can do with it will be highly controlled. As will be your travel, even to other states. And your speech, including what you can post on social media. 24/7 surveillance. Every transaction monitored. Tyranny.UGH

It's an extraordinary sense of dictatorship. DT is "helping" the US to align with, for example, China, where criticism of the government is not allowed. NOT WHAT WE NEED OR WANT. We have a constitution! Written in 1787, 11 years after our Declaration of Independence was signed. UPHOLD OUR RIGHTS!

There is no doubt that many of these bizarre pardons are basically quid pro quo deals.

Yes, and unlike the current behavior of this administration, indigenous people actually helped the early Europeans, who came to this land. In retrospect, possibly not the best decision, but the kindest one. And that help is one of the main reasons settlers thrived. Hence, Thanksgiving. (+ genocide)
