Only difference I can see is subtly different HTML, the broken pages it's an <a> with <img> inside, the working ones is just an <img>

Unsure if this is fixable tbh? But there's a weird Firefox for Mobile bug on some pages (but not still all for some reason?) where the Alt text doesn't show but does when check same page on desktop.

Okay, one thing I really don't like about this set.
The instructions are written in a daft way.
So for example here, it was 4 pages in a row of "Add Chair, Add Grid"
Then the very next page is "DRAW THE REST OF THE FUCKING OWL"
Really inconsistent, I have so far been reading 4 pages at a time

They've actually done a nice thing in this set where it's split into 3 bags, making it so there's effectively 3 stages to the build
