Brewed in honor of the biggest chonk on the block, Fat Stan (a 19yo who is somehow both a megachonker and just a babby), this absolute unit of WC IPA has flavors & aromas of ripe pineapple, guava, sweet pine & stone fruit. At 7% ABV he’s not *that* fat, just big boned.

What’s good, Seattle?

In anticipation of the What’s Good Hillman City Block Party Saturday Aug 9, we’ve released What’s Good IPA. This IPA comes ready to celebrate with soft notes of pineapple, honeydew, and orange rind from Simcoe, Citra and Vera hops.

Burton IPA is an easy drinking hazy with notes of ripe orange zest and pineapple benefitting Goodtimes Project.

Connect IPA is a WC IPA with notes of cedar, orange zest and white pear benefitting NAMI Seattle.

It’s time for Meowsa! to take a cat nap and make room for Dalton IPA!

Dalton is Bodhizafa’s close cousin, but with a softer roundhouse kick of peach, orange zest, mixed berry and sweet pine notes.

Look for it to hit the shelves in stores soon, but you can pick up a six pack at the brewery now!

Today was brew day for the South Seattle Metro version of 2025 WA Guild Collab: Westies with our Besties-it was all hands on deck from the likes of Logan, Flying Lion, Postdoc, Resonate, Jellyfish, Good Society, Bickersons, Formula, and No Boat!

There's never enough time with our best friends, and we recently said goodbye to a 70lb, velvet-eared member of our team. Brody was rescued as a pup on Oahu so it's fitting this IPA pops with flavors and aromas of Meyer lemon, guava, and ripe mango. Miss you, B.

We heard you could use a beer. Maybe something on the lighter side, 4.2% maybe? But with some nice hoppy flavor and aroma because it was dry hopped with Comet hops? How about a nice pint of Comet Lager?

Meet Lab Tech, Nicole!
My favorite thing about my job is doing microbial analysis. I got into this field by working for different breweries throughout college, then utilizing my degree to combine my love for both beer and science.

Favorite beer style: either New England IPAs or a nice crisp lager.

Proceeds from draft sales 2/13 go to Alyssa Burnett Adult Life Center, offering lifelong learning for people 18+ with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
