Energy is a property of the physical universe. It can be transferred or converted and it can act upon matter in certain ways. The things in us that are also in the cosmos are matter, energy is not matter. Neither matter nor energy have the kind of impact on human beings you seem to be referencing.

Order is not inherently peaceful, order can be painful and violent. Chaos can be just as peaceful as order, and throughout history we have seen many examples of great amounts of energy being used to thwart peace. The cosmos is simply where we are, it follows its own rules and has no interest in us.
