Thank you. I'm really struggling to find stuff that can effectively counter their emotional investment in this madness. Such a fine line between explaining the facts and ME being the one that sounds like the conspiracy theorist. The country desperately needs media literacy/critical thinking help.

Why do so many players onerously high-wage their way into career dead ends like this? Is it just ego or are there some sort of rules the wider public generally isn't aware of? (I remember there was a reason Messi couldn't go back to Barca and play for nothing even if he wanted to).

I recently ordered two pairs of exactly the same jeans from exactly the same brand in different colours...... Totally different fits. Infuriating.

An absolutely perfect TV character. The only thing missing was a proper exit - they should have got Bill to cameo and join David on that bench when Alfred died.

Would still be fascinated to find out what was behind that decision. After you find out what happens I've found it even ruins my enjoyment of the earlier stuff with that looming over her.

The Mirror/Reach told me the attached back in 2019 - was actually a more robust response than I expected saying their legal teams deal with it. Doesn't appear to have changed much though.

Unadopted estates will be a huge problem in the next decade. This is a deliberate money spinner by developers + managing agents to inflict uncapped leasehold-style charges on freehold houses. The country needs new homes but all we're building is more mortgage traps and scams. It must stop.

It's incredible that contactless journey history is still unavailable after so long. Knock-on effect is that the TOCs are also quids in as Contactless travellers can't access journey history to claim delay repay, which has a 28 day limit to apply.
