Berwyn Township is open for assessments per the Cook County Assessor's Office. Don't forget: you can appeal this value to the assessor’s office if you feel your property has been overassessed, and then to the Board of Review if you're not satisfied with the appeal result 📓

So far for tax year 2024, the Cook County Board of Review
has provided millions of dollars worth of residential property corrections and reductions:

Berwyn Township: $3.8M+
Palos Township: $5.6M+
Riverside Township: $2.3M+

‼️The Assessor's office announced that Riverside Township is open for assessments. Remember, you can appeal this value with the assessor’s office if you feel your property has been overassessed, and then to the Cook County Board of Review if you're not satisfied with the appeal result.

In observance of Casimir Pulaski Day, our office with the Cook County Board of Review will be closed on Monday, March 3rd. Our office will be up and running on Tuesday, March 4th.

1st installment property tax bills are being mailed to 1.8 million owners on time! Thank you to the committed Board of Review staff for their hard work to ensure 2nd installment bills went out on time last year to get us back on schedule.
