The bug was really a consequence of trying to have redundancy. One of the multiple DNS enactors deleted the data for another DNS enactor too soon, a design flaw.

It is total nonsense. Russia has shown no signs of withdrawing from Ukrainian land or stopping its attacks, and it would be madness for Ukraine to make any concessions which allow Putin to re-arm. I don't believe Putin is interested in peace.

I don't see a ceasefire as at all likely. Putin still has the same aims as when he invaded and never keeps to agreements, Ukraine has the same wish to defend itself.
