It’s weirdly demotivating for me to go to the gym and sit down at a machine that the last person had set to 170 lbs and then set it to like 30. I know I’m a newbie and I have many years of hard work ahead of myself, but like I’m kinda ashamed it took me this long to treat fitness seriously?
