I have as well. Good day.

Could you imagine how much Jen Stark, Refik Anadol, ect., The top generated artists could actually make in comparison? People simply need to push for this type of regulation and not over regulate it so it's accepted.

I can't spend all day here because I have important things to do but I'll check in

1)How?

If your art is included in datasets with an ID, you are getting paid for your art. You are also inclined to keep making art, characters, storylines, assets. The more of your data is out there and if it looks good, the better the chances it will be generated in part or in full.

There is really only one investor cited here. I'm sure there is more.

Again, I think it's a good idea to propose a reasonable regulation that is easy to agree to that will still greatly benefit artists.

Simply saying no to this will get you what you want or what we all don't want at all.

At an international scale? Okay. I'm talking about models not here in the U.S. that's why I say inevitable.

2) like the idea of ClosedAI, but we have many open source models to default to. Knowing that, it'll be a long time before a monopoly happens in this space because there is a lot of passion for open source. However, Open Source is only safe to a point.

1)Silicon Valley isn't its own entity. They have many competing A.I. companies, open source and closed and it will be a very long time before that happens. Even OpenAI will now be releasing an open weights model thanks to the pressure.

As far as I can tell, there are many people who do not

Generation may not pay much. However, if your art is available to the masses with thousands to millions of generations, they're making money and it's cheap enough for A.I. companies to embrace and all they have to do is adjust their sub costs and API costs. Or possibly make a specialized tier.

1) Who is "they" exactly? Like who said it? I've been tracking this stuff and the industry is discussing this very thing.

And that really depends on the regulation. They can afford it if it is a reasonable deal. Obviously if even a fraction of their art was used in a generation or even a full
April 10, 2025 at 6:57 PM
2) that can be used to pay artists for each generation their data is used in.

1) It's going to happen regardless. If we drop it from our systems, assuming you live in the U.S., an offshore model will take other people's work anyway.

Instead of fighting A.I., "slop", you could at least fight for regulations that would require ID's for artists work that are used in datasets
