I also work in an earth science field (in a state to the east of OK), and have had colleagues (other "scientists") that believe the earth is only 10,000ish years old. Blew my mind.

Do you think they will escalate and use "ANTIFA" as a means to cause violence towards the No Kings' protesters? I attended the last one and am attending this one, but am worried there will be violence from the side that causes most political violence, either as lone-wolfs or from the govt itself.

As a former GS employee, this makes me very sad. I have nothing but the utmost respect for this agency, the science and the scientists behind the unbiased data. Some of the most brilliant people I know are in this agency.
