These photos come from Tuesday's Wintering Well walk. The walking group noticed the beautiful ripples in this cloud as we spent time admiring the light changing, the clouds moving, and the sun reflecting in the water.

Today is #BlueMonday but we're not blue because we know that the days are getting longer and we're getting back to lovely blue skies and sunshine.

Today is what some people refer to as 'Blue Monday'

January can be a particularly challenging time of year. As part of Wintering Well and #RethinkingSAD, we're encouraging people to get out into the daylight as much as possible - whether that's a lunchtime walk or spending 10 mins at the window.

Even on a gloomy day, there's still light to be found in the white cloudy sky. Take a look up at the sky today and see what you notice - patterns of light through the clouds, movement, colours, textures...? ☁️✨ #ShareYourSunshine #RethinkingSAD

If you don’t have a local library card, it should be your New Year’s resolution to get one. It’s an easy resolution to keep and you’ll actually use it, trust me.
