Was there a breakdown by seniority of intubating anaesthetist? I'm far more likely to use DL; my residents, VL. By dint of age, I'm probably more likely to have greater first pass success.

Whatever works! I often find flexing the neck helps an LMA sit better too.

How much of the more upright posture of experienced operators is because of their recognition of better ergonomics / ease of intubation, and how much because they're getting long sighted as they age and need to be further away to keep the larynx in focus? 😂😂😂
