We can use solar power at Saturn. The arrays are huge, but it’s feasible.
I’ll see if I can dig up my old paper. Alternatively, of course, nuclear fission.
If you want speculation, an electrodynamic tether pulling power from Saturn’s rotating magnetic field. (Easier with Jupiter).
