Yes, and it says the president can do anything militarily he wants to but he has to tell Congress about it within 30 (I think) days. Congress has the power to cut off funding for his military adventures.

No, I don’t, in fact the law never enters into my calculation of right and wrong. She said it was against U.S. law to invade a foreign country, and I don’t think it is. I’m still waiting for that citation.

The men who were killed were collaborators with Israel who stole food and killed other Palestinians. I am against the death penalty myself, but I doubt that there are any functional jail cells left in Gaza.
