ARC-170 is finished! Not a great job, but it’s a snap kit, so I wasn’t expecting much. Normally would have been filling gaps and sanding off imperfections, but with the pre-painted parts, that’s not an option. Oh well. First model I’ve completed in over 40 years, so it’s a start.

Progress! The downside of the prepainted parts is that some of the artwork that crosses a seam doesn't line up. Oh well. It's practice. #scalemodels

After starting and setting aside a half-dozen model kits in the last few years, I decided I should attempt something more modest. I mean, I haven’t done this since 1982, so it’s been a while. It’s a snap kit, but I’m am using glue and at least trying to do a decent job of it. #modelbuilding
