Dragon Age Inquisition is a good example of the latter. I did my first playthrough on the Ultra Omega Impossible Nightmare difficulty and had an absolute blast with needing to strategize. Kicked it down to Normal for collectibles and enemies died before I had finished setting up my combos.

Probably doesn't apply to RA, but that's been a game by game decision for me. I've found a few over the years where I genuinely couldn't tell the difference between Normal and Hard, and some where I just wasn't having fun with the game on anything below Hard.

That's a habit I picked up from achievements where the missables are just "know this can't be obtained later" and it's avoiding another basic playthrough to cleanup. Trying to do all the challenge runs on one playthrough is certainly A Decision.

Been getting into RA recently, but coming from other achievement communities, the idea that you could just Not Do The Thing You Find Annoying takes a while to set in, if it ever does.

Made a single sound that could be construed as annoyance or frustration or really just not positive? That's it, game's bad, pack it in, we're done here.

It's one of the reasons I've been following for so long, there's not many streamers who say "this game rules" more than "wow this sucks."

Never an easy decision to make. Hope it starts looking up for you.

I *told* them that I was going to be a hot commodity, but apparently, what do I know about running a sperm bank

How much of the commission description was just describing a spice bag

There's been no disappointment. Life happens, and family health can be a really stressful thing. You take care of you.

And remove 'think' from that. We don't 'think' you're good at streaming, you ARE good at streaming.

I've been saying this since you beat Celeste, nice of you to catch up

Excellent, I can now visualize better ways of being mean

It's completely understandable, sometimes you've got the drive to do it on a regular schedule, and when you don't, the self-inflicted stress can get to you.

You do what makes you happy. Or less stressed. Or both!

The problem is that you assumed either, when both was still a possibility

Genuinely, finally uninstalling Twitter on my phone a few months ago killed an otherwise constant low grade dread whenever I wanted to kill time.

Day 1: SEASON OPENER

Tampa may be falling asleep against Nashville (tied it up while I was writing - NEVERMIND PENALTY SHOT IS IN FOR THE LEAD, GO HAGEL GO) but I got a good 5.8 miles in.

I hate that it's never going to get a reasonable development cycle or budget. Since it seems they want to release a new pokemon in-game first, postponing the game postpones everything else. Even when they massively screw up, gameplay and brand is enough to drag people back, complaining or not.

I've found I've been conflating the two despite knowing the difference myself. Damn language doing language things.

Wonder if a half decent alignment chart would help get it through.

I am.

I'm also living my life.
