Not quite correct about the 10%.
UK car exports to the USA (JLR, A-M, etc.) have a 25% tariff.
So no "brexit benefit" there.

Ed Davey has already said the UK should rejoin the EU single market. So Labour and the Tories will have to answer that, either way.
So i would suggest that the answer might well be yes!
