@martinlewis.moneysavingexpert.com you might want to look at this, our overcharge was significant and it seems to be a national problem with a software update. It’s very misleading for customers some of whom won’t even know they are being overcharged

When you complain with photos from the shelf, price charged is amended but that’s not exactly the point, how many people are being overcharged without even knowing. Disgraceful conduct and then it’s blamed on software updates. Funnily enough every error was an overcharge 😡
