Of course that’s condoning rape. Rewarding a behaviour instead of punishing it is worse than condoning it. It’s encouraging it.

And what kind of norm does that set? If you like someone, go rape them and make them your wife?

But virtually everyone in my small town is a Trump supporting fundamentalist. Their “Christian” politicians have convinced them to hate immigrants and minorities.
