To make Preview.app your default PDF reader on a Mac, right-click (or control-click) on a PDF file, select "Get Info", then in the "Open With" section, choose "Preview" and click "Change All" to apply the change to all PDF files on your system.

Thank you so much. I think the rest of the world suffers by having only a smattering of Japanese foods available. When I ask friends they only know sushi, ramen, tempura and maybe udon, but not much else. The variety and regional dishes are spectacular!
