I really have a hard time having sympathy when rural small town america has probably won the most "feel for it agin awards". Like come on at this point just say your Uneducated and move on with it.

3. Most private sector companies start with NOAA ( being a blanket term to include the NWS) forcats and work from there.
4. Possibly a contradiction of intrest becuse of who paid for and published the study. With no peer review.
