I know it’s not how many of us are feeling right now, but perhaps we should bring a bunch of our Old Glory flags and salute and thank our soldiers. I think it would make the day more beneficial and would go a long way in our endeavor.

I’m not a fan of her music, but I do think she’s one of the most talented artists of her era. As far as being wealthy, she’s known to be generous. BTW, hard rock is my favorite genre

I saw a picture of the skating team that perished on that flight. They were just kids. It makes this tragedy even more heartbreaking. Now I understand why Nancy Kerrigan was so emotional.

I think that Carter tv speech that scolded Americans as materialistic, sunk his reelection chances. His message was right, but he could’ve delivered it in a different way.
