I’m with you. I think the degree with which they move up from 11th is mostly dependent on how much closer SS moves towards his ceiling. We have to find some points (shooting).

He gave up $10M of his $35.6M. That leaves the Blazers on the hook (the buyout) for $25.6M. If another team signs him for $1M, the Blazers will pay him $25.6M this season.
