The US has its own blood filled history. However, all the blood that has been spilled here was to keep us down. We need to shake that off and rise up. A lot of our people don't understand how corrupt our government was, and still is. They go through life the way our gov intended, ignorant.

Well, you are correct. I don't think simplicity entered into your assessment, at least in this case. The Republicans gave Trump the political traction he needed to "win". He is their monster. He also embodies their societal preferences: rich, corrupt, hypocritical, racist, and callous.

Agreed, several of them are no better than their GOP counterparts. There are a few I would say aren't corrupt (so far). We really need to do away with this 2 party system when reform becomes possible.

The sad part is, so many ppl knew this before he was "elected" again and were told we were crazy or overreacting. The same ppl who told me I was overreacting were happy when they found out he would try for a 3rd term, knowing full well that he never intended to leave the office (golfcourse). Insane
