Agreed. But in their view, it’s not “trashing” it. They think they are acting in pure/original intent of it…read Project 2025 and it tracks. That’s what makes them dangerous. It’s revolting.

They are actively talking about getting rid of federal district courts due to rulings they don’t like. And they are actively talking about filing criminal charges against judges. Ref: Pam and Mike statements. But agree that courts need to enforce rulings.

Correct. The BigLaw folks need to put their zeal of power and $ aside because this is extortion. But even then, when faced with rulings/orders the admin doesn’t like, they ignore them. Or try to replace judges and courts. It will take unified efforts.

Our “rule of law” understanding was based on guardrails made up of ethics, morals and justice. When you have folks that lack all of that and ignore all rules and laws, it’s difficult to know how to fight back. It will take all of us.
