I find it super inspiring as a creative to just hear creatives talk about things they like.
I think what helped was just how crazy she was about her, down to the guttural screaming and talking to photos of her.
But I agree, it was quite obvious to the point where I was questioning if it actually was what I thought it was/what it ended up being when it was taking so long to reveal, haha.

But as for the things I could understand—awesome!
Super poppy designs, colors, and soundtrack. I loved the amount of times that music with vocals was just blaring over scenes. Real unique atmosphere for something like this.

The beginning of the “Beginnings” “Movie” was an episode that is no longer the premiere of this series, it seems to have become the second episode.
I’d assume most newcomers will be a bit confused regardless of whether it comes to understanding this series fully, or maybe I’m just dumb. (2/3)

I saw the “Beginnings” “movie”they released for this a while back as someone who hadn’t seen Gundam before, and I still haven’t! I want to work on that, I downloaded the entire original series, so maybe you’ll get my thoughts on that soon enough.

When I first read this premise, I was super intrigued. Unfortunately, it was disappointing.
The plot follows a manga artist struggling for ideas, but instead of exploring her inspirations on a big trip, it mainly shows her taking random trips with no insight into her creative process.

This was cute. There is a nice showcase of the benefit of having a “third place” in your life, and even though the animation isn’t anything breathtaking, the atmosphere of it all does help create enough immersion to feel how the people in the stadium feel. (1/2)
