2) is for Democrats to rally up one-fifth members in BOTH the House and the Senate to contest a vote on states’ slates of electors.

Both scenarios are highly unlikely to happen, but they are both not only doable, but COMPLETELY LEGAL.

There are TWO things (Hail Mary's, if you will) that can now save this country:
1) is for States legislatures to refuse to certify their Electoral votes and/or select alternate Electors before Safe Harbor day (Dec 8th) - which the deadline for when disputes over electors must be resolved.

All of these things written by Alexander Hamilton describe everything a President of the United States should not be, and yet, citizens of this country desire the tumult, the disorder, the intrigue, the corruption, and welcome the foreign influence rather than condemn it.

2) The entire Democratic Party are being a bunch of cowards and are allowing Donald Trump to be above the law.

Russian dictator Nikta Khrushchev said on November 18, 1956, "we will take America without firing a shot. We do not have to invade the United States. We will destroy you from within."

DA Alvin Bragg is absolutely correct.

The crimes for which Donald Trump was prosecuted for in New York occurred WHILE he was a civilian. Hence, he should not be protected by "presidential immunity."

As with any civilian, the case should proceed and justice should be served.

... Rather, existing law suggests that the Court must balance competing constitutional interests and proceed "in a manner that preserves both the independence of the Executive and the integrity of the criminal justice system."

... that was initiated at a time when the defendant was not immune from criminal prosecution and that is based on unofficial conduct for which the defendant is also not immune. ....
