If the GOP is so opposed to supporting health insurance for people who aren’t working, they could also stop the federal tax subsidy for employer-sponsored insurance for spouses and dependents who aren’t working.
Markwayne Mullin: "There are 35 million people that live below the poverty line inside the US. There are over 70 million people signed up for Medicaid. Now you're gonna tell me there's not room to make cuts?"

"when the emergency is now, we act now. Even if there might be other people who we wish would act instead. We begin to help as we can, with the confidence that if we begin, others will join us."

The entire National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH) team at SAMHSA was terminated today.

Do not listen to the platitudes of this administration when they say they care about drug overdose, addiction, mental health, or suicide.

This is a small sigh of relief from the chaos and damage caused by Trump’s dangerous actions.

But we already know that essential services are being disrupted by the confusion and lawlessness of Trump’s power grab, so keep calling your Members of Congress.

No compromise with dictatorship. Period.
