I was going to repost this but then remembered how gullible his supporters are and how they’d probably believe it.

JKF visited Ireland in the summer of 1963 and we all went into Dublin City Centre to see him. I was only 3 but can remember it and all the crowds cheering. It was huge news in Ireland, sadly followed later in the year by his assassination.

He is such a great writer and I had the huge pleasure of seeing him being interviewed at the Ennis Book Festival in March, he was so witty and charming. Enjoy the book.

He could have chosen to learn to do things for himself instead of allowing and abusing staff who took care of him. It’s what is called that sense of entitlement.

Sadly your once respected country is certainly not respected by the rest of the world at the moment.

If anything it’s pitied for the daily destruction and cruelty being unleashed by the psycho running your government.

As a member of the rest of the world, I have to say that America has never been less respected than it is now.

Do you remember Hector Grey having an almost endless closing down sale ‘everything must go’. Did they ever close. Great memories of getting off the 50b bus, cutting through an alleyway and across the Halfpenny Bridge and there was Hector ahead of you. The name of the street has gone from me.
