Its probably just something to stop scraping efforts from bot farms… Its just so vague since it does not include user statistics or definitive language of what a “request” is. If you have a hit tweet that gets quoted and replied to thousands of times are each of those counted as a request??

depending on the apps caching strategies (saving + polling for data in the background), their internal APIs for posts (does having a users post in your feed and going to their profile count as 2 requests), and what they constitute as a “post” could put users over that threshold accidentally
