Ocarina is so good because it is the first 3D one... what that means? basically the devs knew they had to be creative, make things work AND easy to understand for all players, therefore the game is really good!they flexed a lot with vibes and atmosphere too, it's magical. play 3DS version if you can

Zelda 2 has the weirdest and hardest gameplay, I LOVE IT!!! but you should not force yourself to play it! if you ever give it a chance, just keep in mind that it's completely different from everything else and focus on learning how to engage with it. Zelda 1 can be rough, use guide if necessary

Majora's is complicated because it assumes that you have played ocarina already, and for example, i did not! and i hated it because of that, not because of time management, just everything else (specially dungeons and progression). Nowadays it's my favorite Zelda game, super unique and charming

if you can't play it, a link to the past is also incredible! but more challenging in combat, puzzles and exploration, still entry level though. dipping into many different games to have a taste is also a good option! regarding 3D entries, DO NOT START WITH MAJORA'S! Ocarina is a great entry point
