Although I will say, I think it can be hard to say till it is in people's hands. For example the spider like things in Satisfactory trigger me massively when Playing, but when I watch other people play they don't trigger me at all.

Honestly the only game that has ever managed to trigger my Arachnophobia has been Satisfactory. Though I know it is different for everyone So I wouldn't be surprised if some part of Oraxia caused issue for some people. From the gameplay footage I watched, it caused no issue for me.

Yeah I don't think a toggle is the answer to this. My suggestion would be to have a button somewhere within the arsenal UI to clear all indicators. I don't know how hard that would be to implement, but I do think it would be better than just adding another toggle somewhere buried in the settings.
