I would love to see a Fear of Change being casted and someone wipping out a random box of creatures just for that.

I think that is because most people do not really want to learn the game. They shortcut to netdecking and pray to RNG gods without really understanding why the deck is good in a game. They may win a few games, but never get too far and clog lower ranks with metadecks.
