Both Shiels and Nite have matching tattoos on opposite biceps.

Designwise, these go back to their initial character designs 15 years ago.

Lorewise, shockingly I've still not 100% figured out when they get them? I've had ideas I like but nothing definitive yet.

Thanks for the share! I kinda drew a LOT of art the past week! Including this chibi art of my OC Midori for some holiday gift labels.

I amended it to a version with less bare skin on the final, but the original art is still good!

(I also may have gone the OTHER direction and done a SPICIER edit..)

Her design has definitely evolved a bit with time though. She went from "fun design" to "let's use her in comics as a background extra" to "the main character I think about/get art of"

Sounds fun! I'll yap a bit about Midori then. She's a former idol turned small time streamer.

To answer the question, her visual design origins go back to me drawing a shitposty "let's draw all the different toys of the Transformers character Lugnut as anime girls" in 2010 and some designs stuck!

Was prototyping the bags for these now that I have my tags printed and these came out SO FETCH
